ROAD ACCESS
Familiarity with mountain driving is necessary for this cabin and for driving around the Smoky Mountains. The last 100 yards is narrow — you need to be comfortable with mountain driving. Most vehicles navigate our mountain roads easily in fair weather; we recommend a 4×4 or AWD vehicle from Dec 15 to Feb 15, or any time snow or ice is forecast.
Please remember, you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. We kindly ask you to treat the space with respect. Should any issues arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address them promptly.
PET ALLERGY ALERT
Our cabin is a dog-friendly home. While our cleaning team is thorough, it’s impossible to remove every trace of pet hair. Please consider this if anyone in your group has severe pet allergies.
* Pet Fee: $75 total for up to two dogs.
HOUSE RULES
1. Streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) require your own account and login. The Roku provides 50+ free channels with no login required.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. Vape pens, smoke, incense, candles and illegal substances are not permitted in or around the cabin.
HOT TUB CLEANING
For your safety and enjoyment, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and refilled between each guest. It may not be at your desired temperature on arrival, as it takes time to heat up. Feel free to adjust the temperature (never exceeding 104°F for health reasons) when you arrive if you plan to use it.
