Summit Up sits at the end of a quiet, dead-end road for a secluded feel with panoramic Smoky Mountain views. Two levels, total privacy, nature as your only neighbor — yet still an easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Summit Up is the perfect base for your private mountain getaway, with the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Cherokee all within easy reach.

Pet Allergy Alert
Our cabin is dog-friendly. While our cleaning team is thorough, it’s impossible to remove every trace of pet hair — please consider this if anyone in your group has severe pet allergies. Pet fee: $75 total for up to two dogs.
House Rules
Streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) require your own account and login. The Roku provides 50+ free channels with no login required.
No parties or events.
All smoking is done outside on the deck.
No vape pens, smoke, incense, candles, or illegal substances in or around the cabin.
Road Access
While most vehicles navigate our mountain roads easily, we recommend a 4×4 or AWD vehicle, especially in winter (typically Dec 15 – Feb 15) or if snow/ice is forecast, as mountain roads can be challenging in inclement weather.
Hot Tub Cleaning
For your safety and enjoyment, the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and refilled between guests, so it may not be fully up to temperature on arrival — adjust as needed (never above 104°F).
